When is the 2008 one? Can anyone go?

Stay tuned to the website itself. As soon as we secure new location, headquarters, sponsors and vendors we will post an application page online – I am sure we will post on this very blog as well. I can tell you that it will be in October – more earlier then later. And anyone can apply, we will have three divisions, photojournalism, multimedia and picture editing. All applications must be sent with a portfolio, a committee will determine acceptance.
