I don’t see the merit in this: is the story about the person who is a sound artist (wha?) or about the zoo animals? It starts out great and then morphs into just sounds recorded at the zoo melded with stills.
OK, I didn’t read the print story. Should I need to?
I thought soundslides should tell a story on their own.

If you are going to require real names, you might want to inform visitors that anonymous posts are not welcome unless they endorse your point of view.
come on duffer, how can you say that i don’t want people with a different point of view on the site?
first, how am i even expressing a point of view by simply posting a ‘link’ to a mulitmedia piece? i’m not saying it’s good or bad, but simply, ‘here it is.’
second, i just feel that it is cowardly to express views from the shadows, it’s not fully participating in the ‘possible’ discussion. it’s just a matter on common respect.
